I hold sessions virtually in my home office.  You're cozied up in a quiet, comfortable, private space like on your couch as we talk securely through a computer or smart phone.  Therapy is about you and your needs.  Together, we'll explore and work on the areas in your life that are causing stress or discomfort through a validating, solution-focused, and holistic lens.

 

You deserve to have a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with.

WHAT IF I REALLY WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE BUT DON'T HAVE ANY MAJOR ISSUES GOING ON?

Therapy can still be a great way to explore needs through an action-oriented lens with attention to the here and now and with a focus on solutions and strategizing.  What are your goals?  DREAMS?  What's in the way?  What would life look like if you were THRIVING?  What do you desire in your relationships?  How can you take actionable steps to move forward?  Let's get you there!
